I work with client’s online, meaning that you can attend from the comfort and privacy of your chosen space.
I offer a complimentary 30-minute session, allowing us to connect and address any queries you may have. If you wish to proceed, each session typically lasts for one hour and is usually scheduled on a weekly basis for as long as you require them. Throughout our journey together, we'll conduct regular check-ins to ensure our sessions remain beneficial to you.
In my practice, I offer a safe and confidential space where you can freely explore your feelings and behaviours without fear of judgment.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that you hold the key to your own healing journey. Each session is led by your needs and preferences, and whatever you wish to bring to a session is welcome.
Through an honest and trusting therapeutic relationship, we can together make sense of your world and facilitate positive change and fulfilment.
